Sam started a consulting in 1992 and the resulting company was incorporated in 2004. MBD has provided assistance to entrepreneurs in the areas of raising angel and venture funding, brainstorming strategic plans, commercializing products, researching markets, framing messages on revolutionary technologies, licensing negotiation, and reinvigorating underperforming products.

identifying industry trends, market driven development, strategic brainstorming, and leveraging limited resources.
Then, as a founding member of The Spark Group LLC, Sam applied the methodology developed for E-110 to commercial ventures.
The Group started entrepreneurial companies, spun-off businesses from major corporations, built-up sales of
new technologies based products.
Sam created and taught "Starting as an Independent Consultant", 2-day seminars through UC Berkeley Extension.
Additionally, he has given abbreviated versions of that seminar at both local and national meetings of professional societies.
Sam has managed numerous groups and brought diverse projects to successful completion. He has set-up operations
