Overview
Medical and Biotech Developments, Inc. has developed a successful method of efficiently staffing multi-disciplinary
projects. First, we meet with our clients assessing needs, project goals and timeline for deliverables. Next,
a core team is formed from our engineering, design and manufacturing Specialists.
On an as needed basis, additional staff supports our core team of Specialists. In this way, we get the appropriate
resources working to develop the right product, in the fastest time, at the lowest cost.
Specialists
Medical and Biotech Developments, Inc. is made up of Specialists who form the core of each project team.
To engineer the right product for your market, our Specialists apply their expertise and years of experience in
successfully developing medical and biotech products. Most of our Specialists have worked with us
for more than 10 years.
Additional Staffing
When project teams need additional staff, Medical and Biotech Developments, Inc. draws from a network of experts.
Since these personnel join the teams only when they are required, projects aren't burdened with unused labor
costs. Multidisciplinary projects can be quickly staffed without a consulting firm's high overhead (e.g.
marketing to keep employees busy, underutilized specialized facilities, or bureaucratic administrative costs).
Associate Facilities
As part of many projects in the past, Medical and Biotech Developments, Inc. has partnered with a number of
companies that have facilities for fabricating prototypes,
building pilot production units, producing production equipment, and running small quantity production lots.
